Opening in Vienna with a new design by Matteo Thun Bonn, new restaurants to open October 24, 2011 – testifies to very satisfied guests and many fans. As at Vapiano: opened on November 23, 2011 a new Vapiano in BahnhofCity Wien West. It reached the milestone of 100 Vapianos the world’s expanding business and presents something very special: the new Viennese location is the pilot project of advanced Vapiano design by the Milanese architect and designer Matteo Thun, which in future will be transferred to new locations. Existing Vapianos will gradually adopt the new design. The new Vapiano at the recently expanded West railway station in the Austrian capital is the ideal place for an entertaining lunch break, for a pleasant dinner or a sweet coffee break in the afternoon. On an area of 733 square metres with a total of 260 seats, fresh pasta and pizza from the wood-burning oven, guests can enjoy crisp salads or homemade Dolci. The railway station lies on the Vienna belt near the popular shopping mile Mariahilfer Strasse and is passed daily by over 40,000 passengers.
